• Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Boil drumsticks; mix marinade ingredients in a bowl; marinate drumsticks in it; set aside for a little while.
  • Coat each drumstick first with egg and then breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a wok; fry drumsticks golden; remove on an absorbent paper.
  • Place drumsticks on a tray; pour sauce over it.
  • Garnish drumsticks with olives and capsicum; serve.

Turmeric Powder                                                         ½ tsp

Cottage cheese (grated)                                             ½ cup

Raisins (chopped)                                                        2 tbsp

Oil                                                                                   1 tbsp + for frying

Sauce Ingredients:

Soya Sauce                                                                    2 tsp

Tomato ketchup                                                           ½ cup

Tabasco sauce                                                               1 tsp

Red chillies (crushed)                                                   ½ tsp

Chaat Masala                                                                ½ tsp
