Method:
- Marinate chicken with its ingredients; set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pot; cook chicken till dry; smoke with hot cool.
- Knead dough ingredients and make balls; roll into discs;
- Apply oil on sides and roast on an iron griddle.
- Place a little chicken, onion, mint, green chillies and coriander on one side of a paratha and roll over.
- Hold in place with toothpicks.
