• Marinate chicken with its ingredients; set aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pot; cook chicken till dry; smoke with hot cool.
  • Knead dough ingredients and make balls; roll into discs;
  • Apply oil on sides and roast on an iron griddle.
  • Place a little chicken, onion, mint, green chillies and coriander on one side of a paratha and roll over.
  • Hold in place with toothpicks.

Yogurt                                                            2 tbsp

Milk                                                                for kneading

Sugar                                                             1 tbsp

Baking powder, Salt                                   ½ tsp each
