Method

  • Heat oil in wok and fry mince on high flame.
  • Add all ingredients except cheese and coriander and cook for 20 minutes; fry and add cheese and coriander.
  • Garnish with cheese and lemon slices. Serve

HYDERABADI RED CHICKEN

Chicken mince                                                      ½ kg

Cottage cheese

(Fried and Crumbled)                                          200 grams

Tomatoes (finely cut)                                           ½ kg

Green chillies (finely cut)                                     6

Fresh coriander (finely cut)                                 1 bunch

Black pepper powder                                           1 tsp

Cumin powder                                                       2 tsp

Turmeric powder                                                  1 tsp

Dried mango powder                                           2 tbsp

Hot spices powder                                                1 tsp

Dried fenugreek leaves                                        1 tbsp

Ginger/garlic paste                                               2 tbsp

Salt                                                                           to taste

Oil                                                                             ½ cup

Cottage cheese pieces,
