Method
- Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate undercut with white pepper, egg, cornflour, sesame seeds, chilli oil, and salt; set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok; fry undercut golden on medium flame; remove.
- In the same wok fry garlic golden; add batter, spring onions, green chillies, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce and chilli garlic sauce.
- Decorate a serving dish with lettuce leaves and tomato; garnish with green chillies; place beef on it ; serve.

Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Spring onions (finely cut) 3
Green chillies (finely cut) 6
Salt ½ tsp
Chilli oil 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Lettuce leaves, green chillies, tomato for decoration

Refined flour (sieved) ½ cup
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Egg 1
Water(cold) as required
Oil 2 tbsp
