I know you were waiting for another yummy and easy to make recipe for you breakfast, lunch or dinner. so, here I am sharing a very delicious, all-time favorite and easy recipe of making chicken white pulao. You can make it at home now and become your own chef. You do not need to go out to look for such tasty and expensive food The recipe is here, do follow the steps and must give us your feedback.

Ingredients

  • 1 inches Ginger (Adrak) piece
  • 12-15 Garlic (Lehsan) cloves
  • 2 Medium Green chillies (Hari mirch)
  • ½ tbsp Cumin seeds(Zeera )
  • 3-4 Cloves(Laung)
  • 2-3 Green Cardamom (Hari elaichi)
  • ½ tbs Coriander seeds (Sabut dhania)
  • ½ tbsp Fennel seeds (Saunf)
  • 2 Nutmeg (Jaifil) small pieces small pieces
  • 2 blades Mace (Javitri)
  • 1 Black cardamom (Badi elaichi)
  • 2-3 tbs Water or as required
  • ½ Cup Cooking oil
  • ½ tbs  Cumin seeds (Zeera)
  • ½ tsp Black peppercorns (Sabut kali mirch)
  • 2-3 Cloves(Laung )
  • 1 Black cardamom (Badi elaichi)
  • 2-3 Green cardamom(Hari elaichi )
  • 2 Bay leaves (Tez paat)
  • 600 g Chickeng
  • 1 Medium Onion (Pyaz) sliced
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)
  • ½ tbs p Salt(Namak ) or to taste
  • 1 cube Chicken stock
  • ½ Cup Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 4-5 Medium Green chillies (Hari mirch)
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves (Podina) chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander (Hara dhania) chopped
    500 ml Water
  • 500 g Rice (Chawal) (soaked for 20 minutes)
  • 1 Medium Onion (Pyaz) fried
    Method:
  • In a spice mixer, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom, coriander seeds, fennel seeds ,nutmeg, mace, black cardamom  ,water and blend well to form paste & put aside .
  • Ina pot, add oil, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, bay leaves and blend well.
  • Add chicken and combine well until it changes color.
  • Add onion and Combine well.
  • Now add ground paste, black pepper powder, salt, chicken stock cube, mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes ,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add yogurt and combine well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add green chillies, mint leaves, fresh coriander and Combine well.
  • Add water, mix well and convey it to boil, cover and cook on low flame for 4-5minutes.
  • Add rice, mix well and cook on medium-high flame until water is reduced (4-5minutes), then cover & steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fried onion & serve with raita !
