• Make gashes on chicken pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Heat oil in a wok; fry chicken golden. Remove.
  • Add remaining ingredients except ginger in same wok; fry thoroughly for 10 minutes.
  • Add tikkas; keep on dum.
  • Add ginger just before dishing out; serve.
