• Marinate chicken with ½ white pepper, cornflour, egg, soya sauce and salt; set aside for a little while.
  • Heat oil in a wok; fry chicken pieces golden; remove on an absorbent paper.
  • Heat oil in a wok; cook garlic, remaining white pepper, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, capsicum, spring onion, chillies, onion and chicken; cook for a few minutes; dist out.
