METHOD:

  • Heat oil in a pot; fry onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Add mutton, tomatoes, green chillies and water; cook till mutton is tender.
  • When dry, add all remaining ingredients except butter and fry; add butter; dish out.
  • Sprinkle coriander; serve.

Cream (whipped)                                                            ¼ cup

Turmeric powder                                                            ½ tsp

Hot spices powder                                                         1 ½ tsp

Red chilli powder                                                            1 tsp

Coriander powder                                                           ½ tsp

Salt                                                                                    1 tsp

Butter                                                                               ¼ cup

Oil                                                                                     4 tbsp

Fresh coriander (chopped)                                          for sprinkling
