Method
- Grind red chillies, coriander, cumin, both cardamoms and chickpeas in a grinder.
- Heat oil in a pot; fry onions; remove
- In the same pot, add mince ginger/garlic, ground masala, Bihari masala, yogurt, lemon juice, green chillies and salt; cook till dry.
- Dish out; garnish with mint and fried onions.

Mutton mince ½ kg
Onions (finely cut) 2
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chillies (finely cut) 4
Cardamoms 2
Dried, round red chillies 3
Green cardamoms 6
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black chickpeas 1 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bihari masala (packaged) 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Mint leaves for garnishing
