• Grind red chillies, coriander, cumin, both cardamoms and chickpeas in a grinder.
  • Heat oil in a pot; fry onions; remove
  • In the same pot, add mince ginger/garlic, ground masala, Bihari masala,  yogurt, lemon juice, green chillies and salt; cook till dry.
  • Dish out; garnish with mint and fried onions.
