Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe in Urdu

Welcome back guys! Today we are sharing another very delicious, highly in demand and amazing dish that is Chinese Rice Recipe in Urdu. I hope you were waiting for this from last so many days. So, here today I’m sharing it with you. I hope you will enjoy this one as well as you enjoyed the previous. You can also call it Chinese chicken vegetable rice recipe in Urdu as we are using some vegetables also to make it more tasty and tempting. As I always say that you can bring some variations in the given recipe according to your taste, so here also you can add or remove something according to your choice.

So here is the Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe in Urdu

Preparation Time: 1 Hour

Cooking Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients:


  • Rice                            1 kg (washed and leave 20 minutes in a bowl filled with water)
  • Chicken                     1 cup (small pieces)
  • Green onion              1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Black paper               1 – 2 table spoon
  • Garlic juice                2 table spoon
  • Ajino motto                ½ table spoon
  • Carrots                       2 (finely chopped)
  • Peas                           ½ cup
  • Vinegar                      1 table spoon
  • Salt                             as per taste

Method:


  1. Take a pan and add some oil in it.
  2. Add chicken pieces, soya sauce, salt and black paper in it.
  3. Fry it well.
  4. Now add carrots and peas in it and fry it again.
  5. Later, add rice in it and fry until the rice color turns golden.
  6. Then add 6 cups of water in it and cover it to get a boil.
  7. When the water is about the dry; slow down the flame and let it get cooked with a lid.
  8. Add ajino motto and soya sauce at the end on the top.

The delicious Chinese chicken rice are ready to serve.
