Chicken Shashlik Recipe

This is the most favorite recipe and has got quick acceptance from Chinese cuisine to Pakistani restaurants. Almost every restaurant is offering it. It is the combination of multi colored and beautifully arranged vegetables and chicken. It looks really very tempting and yummy. No one can stop his/her hand to clean on the dish. Chicken ½ kg boneless
Onion 2 cut in cubes
Tomato 2 cut in cubes
Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
Lemon juice 3 tablespoon
Grounded coriander 1 teaspoon
Red chilies 1 teaspoon
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Onion 1 finely chopped
Apple 1 cut in cubes
Tomato 2 (paste)
Salt as per taste
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Kari powder 1 tablespoon
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili, lemon juice, salt, and ginger and garlic paste.
2. Heat up some oil in a pan and fry some onion in it. Add a tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, some salt according to your taste, kari powder and tomato paste and fry it for a while.
3. Add apple slices in it.
4. Take a stick and thread one piece of tomato, one piece of chicken, one piece of capsicum and one piece of onion on it.
5. You must make 2 sets on one stick.
6. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sticks.
7. Keep reverting the stick until cooked from all sides.
8. Transfer the sticks in a dish and the delicious Chicken shashlik is ready to serve.
